Our story
Why this group exists
Many people who engaged Purva Streaks for the interiors of their homes have run into the same difficulties: delays well past the agreed timelines, incomplete work at handover, repeated rework, and gaps in communication. On its own, each of these can feel like an isolated problem. Placed side by side, they look like a pattern worth documenting.
This is an independent group run by customers, for customers. The aim is simple: help affected customers find one another, put their experiences and paperwork together in one place, and explore resolution through the proper channels — including a joint or collective complaint before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and, where appropriate, the Central Consumer Protection Authority.
We are not here to attack anyone. We are here to keep an organised, factual record and to seek a fair outcome — completion, refunds, and compensation where they are due — through lawful means.
What this group is
A place to record facts, connect with others in the same position, and organise a collective consumer complaint with shared documentation.
What this group is not
A place for name-calling, personal attacks, or targeting individual staff. Legal conclusions are for a Commission or court — not for posts here.
